Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Caiyo ("the Platform"), operated by Wulfe International LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, operators, and visitors.
2. About Caiyo
Caiyo is an online marketplace that connects travelers with local experience operators in the Turks & Caicos Islands and other destinations. We provide the technology platform, payment processing, and booking management tools. Caiyo does not own, operate, or control any of the experiences listed on the Platform.
3. User Accounts
To book experiences or list activities on Caiyo, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Bookings and Payments
When you book an experience through Caiyo:
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking
- A 12% platform fee is included in the price shown to customers
- Bookings are subject to operator confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours before the activity — full refund (100%)
- 24–48 hours before the activity — partial refund (50%)
- Less than 24 hours before the activity — no refund
- Operator cancellation — full refund automatically issued regardless of timing
- Emergency refund requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis by our team
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Operator Terms
If you list experiences on Caiyo as an operator, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of your experiences, including pricing, duration, and requirements
- Honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform
- Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for your activities
- Pay the applicable platform commission on each booking
- Respond to customer inquiries and booking requests promptly
- Not solicit customers to book outside of the Platform to avoid platform fees
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Limitation of Liability
Caiyo acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of operators or customers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities booked through the Platform. Your use of the Platform and participation in any activity is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Caiyo Platform, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned by Wulfe International LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
